Certain items may be excluded from the return policy for health, hygiene, or other reasons. These include, but are not limited to, undergarments, swimwear, or any items marked as final sale.

  4. Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) with the original tags and receipt, ensuring that the items are in their original, unused condition.
  5. Ship the Item: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that returns without a valid RA number or outside the return window will not be processed.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-14 business days to be reflected on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

4. Exchanges
